At last Wednesday’s finance meeting the motion to accept more than $1.5 million COVID-19 relief funding did not pass. That funding included over $900,000 to go into the schools and other questionable strings attached. The commissioners had a tied vote, with one commissioner absent, and the motion failed. Since then there has been requests for a re-vote among some of the commissioners, the health department and several from the Livingston County Democratic Party, who spoke at this past Monday’s meeting in opposition of this decision.
We need to continue to rise up and let our loud voices (per Commissioner Zajac) be heard. The last thing we need is more funding going into this plandemic, especially the mitigation actions and restrictions they will continue to place on our children and our freedoms.
Spread the word and rally the entire community to be in attendance!!

Hello Commissioners,
I am writing to notify you all that I DO NOT want you to pass the 1.5 million covid package for Livingston county. There are many of us within the county that feel the same way. All of us who wanted the shot, got the shot. We do NOT want this money or any money going towards Covid.
Health choices are that of each individual and health choices for children are up to the family to make the choice together. Testing, tracking, tracing, etc. are a violation of our medical privacy rights.
Please DO NOT accept the COVID funding and please do not allocate ANY funds to this. It is your duty to speak on behalf of the majority of your constituents, not insert your own beliefs when making decisions for our county. Please follow your oath.
Thank you,
